"I had a really positive experience working with Ron. He helped me sell my house. A few unexpected issues came up toward the end of the process, and he handled everything seamlessly. He took care of things behind the scenes and made what could have been stressful feel very manageable.He was always attentive, quick to respond, and very patient with all of my questions. I always felt like he was one step ahead and truly had everything under control. "Ron was absolutely terrific helping us sell our house! This is the third house we have sold and have bought four, he is hands down the best agent we have worked with. He was incredibly responsive to our inquiries about everything along the process, usually getting back to us within a few minutes. The photography of the house was first rate with digital staging (we had already moved out) ,was done exactly when he said it would be and turned around into a listing within 24 hours. We had a first offer (with two others we didn't take) on the house for over asking within 48 hours of listing. The home inspection identified some small issues with the house and he provided us with a great resource of cost effective but quality contractors to remediate those issues. The first buyers were clearly trying to just reduce the price of the house, so, he helped us decide to go back on the market along with providing all of the information from what we had done to improve the house. Got a second offer for over asking within a week of going back on the market, also for over the asking price. During the closing process our HOA was very slow to provide the recertification needed for resale and Ron was constantly on them and their contractor to make sure that we could close on time. He is also tremendously knowledgeable with regard to Butler County real estate. He knows a bunch of what is going on with local schools, zoning and planned construction. Also very personable and funny. I'll never use another agent!"

He set a record price for the neighborhood, and was prepared to justify it as he had done his homework. He only brought buyers who were qualified, and created excellent marketing tools -- the house sold in less than two weeks!"
